Group Training sessions
SERVICE SKILLS or WINE TRAINING
1 hour tailored group training session held at the venue/establishment
These interactive, informative and fun sessions are tailored to suit the venue/staff needs.
These sessions provide a 'look see' or a 'taster' into how outsourcing training can lift morale, boost confidence and heighten skill levels amongst Waitstaff.
Includes an initial 'mystery shop' for analysis on the FOH service.
And includes then a consultation/meeting with the venue owner and/or manager to understand where service is at in their mind, what are the venues values/goals, what the expectations are of outsourced training and what specifically needs to be worked at that time.

1 Month Mentorship
SERVICE SKILLS and/or WINE TRAINING
4 x 1 hour weekly sessions with FOH staff, held at the establishment
These sessions are interactive, informative and fun, and are specifically tailored to achieve particular goals and outcomes within the Waitstaff team.
Training programmes are created and implemented for this time so staff/managers can work throughout the weeks on improving their skills.
Includes 1 'mystery shop' prior to the sessions beginning and 1 'mystery shop' towards the end to note progress
Includes an initial consultation/meeting with venue owners/managers to understand what goals/outcomes are wanted throughout the mentorship and what the values are of the establishment.
Packaged at $1900 NZD incl GST
3 Month Mentorship
SERVICE SKILLS and/or WINE TRAINING
12 x 1 hour weekly sessions with FOH staff, held at the establishment
These sessions are interactive, informative and fun, and are specifically tailored to achieve particular goals and outcomes within the Waitstaff team.
Training programmes are created and implemented for this time so staff/managers can work throughout the weeks on improving their skills.
Includes 1 'mystery shop' at the beginning, middle and end to note where service is at and note where progress is being made.
Includes an initial consultation/meeting with venue owners/managers to understand what goals/outcomes are wanted throughout the mentorship and what the values are of the establishment.
Includes a 'midterm' follow up at week 6 to gain feedback, make necessary changes or other.
