I have always worked in Hospitality - be it a cafe, bar, bistro or fine dining restaurant

and have worked with some amazing mentors, role models and restauranteurs!

I have studied Professional Wine Service at AUT under Cameron Douglas (MS), gained Level 4 certification in the Wine and Spirit Education Trust Diploma under Jane Skilton (MW), and have travelled to eat in some of the best restaurants in the world with my Chef Husband.

After then owning & operating a successful establishment for 8 years I believe it is now my time to share my skills and knowledge with more Waitstaff.
